yeah there are hundreds of american sitcoms but i just put the ones that i feel are the most popular my veiws will be different to some people but i hope i gave a good selection to choose from. the sad thing for me is that i cant think of any funny aussie shows like seinfield or that 70s show. our tv's are filled with heaps of american humour and i think it shows because i don't think many people can think of much if any.

Where's My Name Is Earl? Can't stand raymond or will and grace, the rest are ok. That 70's show is the pick of the list IMO.

Yeah Seinfeld and then That 70's Show

My all time favorite would have to be Arrested Development though

Mate its only an oxymoron when your opinion is shared generally amoungst others.

Seinfeld and Frasier are the only two on that list that i really enjoy. Other American comedies that didnt make the list but deserve noteable mentions...

Chapelle's Show
Arrested Development
Curb Your Enthusiasm (a MUST for any Seinfeld fan)

LOL. It has nothing to do with 'shared opinion' (but I suppose I should have added IMO?)

I picked Seinfield cause it was funny to the end, otherwise Raymond but it just got stupid and nasty towards the end so I got sick of it.
