Default Fairwell XR8

Well i got offered 8 Grand for my car and i am taking it since i bought it for $5500. So i will be paying off some of the stuff i owe and should leave me with about $5500 getting my money back. So i have started looking for another car, don't know if i will find one as good as my first car, but certainly gunna take my time. Very fun having a V8 for a first car, but i think i will be getting a 6 cylinder, but defintley will get another V8 in the future.

Had some good times in this car sad to see it go...

You can get an EL XR8 for that money. Go the V8 as it was my first car and current car whick i own both. Nothing beat a Ford V8 :

The EF/EL XR6 5spd would be good. It's relatively economic and nearly as fast as some of those dinosaur V8s from the mid 90s.

That seems very good money to get for EB. Have you spent much on it? :monkes:

An EL XR6 is no joke, and AU XR6's are coming down in price, take your time and make sure you get something you won't regret and say "what if"...

Your dad talked you out of it, wat a champ lol. In all honesty if you can go the V8 do it you will miss it if u go a 6 although my old AUII XR6 was pretty quick manual too but the EF/EL (particularly EL) XR body shape it nice

Thats weird, you've basically had the same cars I have. First car was an XD 351, followed by an EB 5.0, a few XR8's and a Ghia 5.0. Only 6 I ever had was a Territory Ghia. You're right, nothing is better than a V8.
