Some *******s just stole my brother's EVO 7, 4am in the ******* morning, alarm going off, I got up screaming "WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING"..

This one guy **** himself so bad, they whacked it into neutral and started pushing it by a nissan Pulsar hatch.

Stolen from Burwood, 40 metres from the ******* cop shop.

I swear, they were gone before we all went down stairs..

HOW ******* BRAZEN : : :

Cops have been out everywhere..... dirty ******* theives.
If anyone lives around BURWOOD NSW, please call me on 0422248035, YELLOW EVO 7, "EVOLUTION" ON THE BACK, was badged a few weeks ago.

Please call police immediately if you see anything OR ANY EVO 7. I will even pay a reward myself for any information relating to it's whereabouts.

not good news, does'nt pay to stand out these days.

No immobiliser?

See this is the exact time the BRANT immobiliser on the WRX, whilst sometimes annoying is worth it's weight in gold.

It sucks that you can't drive a nice car without someone else thinking that its good enough for them to. Hope its found it one piece and please tell me your brother has insurance.

You can't ever replace a car with money.

A lot like Darryl Kerrigan's house, which was always a home.

Thats sucks bad man. Damn you would think a car like that would have better security. Just goes to show, if someone wants it, they'll get it one way or another.

Best of luck in finding it...

Hey Christina, sorry to hear about your brother's car.

Hope you get some good news about it, but yeah like the others said, unfortunantly I don't see it coming home.
I doubt the guys taking it picked it at random...

I do know a couple of the police from Burwood though, so I might be able to ask one if they have anything at all on it.

Hey guys, car had ****-loads of security.
What happened was, one guy got into the car without busting a window, they got the door open and the alarm started going off, I got up, and started screaming, one guy was in the evo driving it in NEUTRAL, one guy literally came out of nowhere in a pulsar hatch ram-raiding it.

Another guy was doing all the dirty work. This is the guy I saw.

Fully insured, 3 point immobolisers, microsensors, you name it, it had it.

I'm just so shocked for words, that these scumbags done this 40 metres from police station and court house.

We think the car is stored local ATM as it would stand out like dog's balls to be pushing a 50 000 dollar car by ramming it from behind.
They couldn't start it, so that's how they moved it.

The car is a Jap-Import, one of only about 100 made a year per model.

They would have been sussing this out for ages.
50K worth, it ain't getting knocked off for any joy-ride, anyone who knows Evos knows this.

I can tell that my brother is dead, he should get his pay out soon though....

The car had a shitload of security, they broke no windows, they got the door locks off and SOMEHOW smashed the steering lock.

It was all done while the car was in neutral, the next thing i see after this guy running when i start yelling is this pulsar coming out of nowhere and just ramming it as they took off.
My boyfriend was here at the time and said he'd only ever see this on american cop shows.
The seats are RECARO - easy 6000k.

FFS it will either be stored in Bankstown area and used in a string of robberies around Sydney, or it will be in a container on its way to the middle east. I'm sorry to say, you will never see that car again. If you want to try and look for it, drive around bankstown/georges hall or fairfield at night, look outside any kebab shops you find.

I'd bet money that they had a flatbed truck round the corner. Sounds like a professional gang - car is long gone sorry.

I agree, they would have known they could'nt have started it so push it around the corner hook it up to a flat bed and cover it over and it's gone.

Scary to think isn't it that no matter how much high tech security you have, you can't combat against a flatbed truck.

Now all we need is car alarms like on Robocop 2. "Won't even flatten your battery"

Sorry to hear about that I hope the car is recoverd soon. If it is only one of 100 then it may be easier to spot then a VT commie. Who knows maybe Over hauling are doing an Aussie verison. Highly unlikely.

Yeah, as rediculous as this analogy sounds there is 30k plus invested in this for the theives, so it is not out of the question to have a flat bed truck nearby for this type of theft.

Just think about it 4 blokes involved 7.5 k each, one theft per month not a bad income, especially if you have a direct avenue to offload parts......

A 10 sec WRX was stolen the other day from W.A aound 50k in mods. Fortunatley the parts are quite rare (read expensive!!) so will be hard to off load without a raised eyebrow from the WRX community.

1 per month, thats chicken feed....

While I visited the Darkside early ' 90's I did up a VHSLE, work of art imo, bare metal respray, engine worked mildly, factory roof etc....the beast looked phuckn horn.
To cut a long storey short at the time I lived 5min from the city, narrow streets etc hidden places.
Best alarms money could buy, woke up gone !
Report it, get a call by 11am, Windsor police station (I'm there thinking Windsor ! for you Vics thats like city to Dandenong or more), caught the 2 thieves and car in compound. Come up to inspect etc...
Car a write off : but glad as fully insured with all mods included.
These 2 blokes the bottom end of the racket and records as long as your arms.
25 + SS'sHSV's a week stolen. Cops were saying they know where every HSV is garaged (this is Sydney and what I was told at the time) due to insiders in the motor registry those days.
I was number plated for sure, looked up where I live or car garaged and away they go Basstards !

Why do people have to swear to describe something. It makes it hard to read when the swear filter kicks in.

for 50k a VII would need to be pretty modified. Is this the case? Evo VII's are for sale from between 30k and 35k standard.
i also doubt the recaros would sell hot for so much... but no doubt at all they would be the first items to go.
I agree a flat bed or some kind of truck was definately involved.

Sucked in to them pinching a car loaded with Cosworth and JUN parts. :

Poor bloke though!

I believe Quick Trak can tell if your car is being loaded onto a flat bed or lifted off the ground can't they?

Christina have you heard anything yet?
