after initially getting my sub installed i began to fret and worry about things damaging the sub, and i would get really worried about ppl putting things in my boot. i decided to go and get a sub protector after looking at what was out there which was only plastic crappy ones that wouldnt really take a decent beating (im after sumthing SOLID) and the only metal one was wog crome. so i eventually bought that one which cost me 30 bucks,
 got some sand paper and sanded it back to a rough surface and then sprayed painted it matt black. and here are some of the pictures that i took.

Funny you should post this now, I just had to replace my sub & I'm looking for something the same, I'll post pics later.

yer same here im alwayshaving a go at my gf aboutno takng care of my sub when putting things in there, and i didnt mean to offend n e one with the "wog crome".
